A Bing indexing change is not a guarantee of Copilot citation, recommendation or conversational wording. The source review should follow a Copilot citation to its final URL and inspect the fact the customer would encounter there. Record a missing or redirected source separately from an inaccurate official product claim. A Bing property check can diagnose access and indexation, but it cannot stand in for this answer-level inspection. The handover should preserve both records and explain which proposed change each one supports. Keep the observed citation destination and its final resolved URL in the same trace. Record a changed source, missing passage or unavailable page explicitly. This gives the client a useful correction queue without pretending that a site indexing check explains the source selection of a conversational answer.
