Payment and service terms
- Prices and currencies
- Base prices are set in USD. EUR and GBP displays are indicative conversions. Conversion rates: [CONFIRM: exchange-rate source and update schedule]. Fixed fees, starting prices and individual quotes depend on the service.
- Invoices and payment
- Invoices and payments can be arranged in USD, EUR, GBP or USDT. Pay by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. USDT has no fixed network restriction; agree the exact network and recipient in your payment instructions.
- VAT status
- LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Topclick” is not VAT-registered.
- One-off projects
- Payment is split into milestones agreed for the project.
- Monthly services
- Pay each month in advance. The minimum term is one month.
- Pausing services
- Notify TopClick to pause services, preferably at least one week before the next period. This is a preferred notice period.
- Nonpayment
- If a client does not pay while continuing to promise payment, TopClick ends work with that client.
- Unused prepayment
- Handled individually, taking work already completed into account.
- External costs
- External costs require your approval in advance and are paid separately. Any external costs included in the service price are listed in the proposal.
